    • Assist with organizing hospital paperwork and forms upon request, ensuring no personal health information (PHI) is reviewed

    • Act as an advocate for the patient by partnering with hospital staff to ensure their needs and preferences are met

  • Technology and Social Media Assistance

    • Facilitate video calls with family members to keep them updated on medical progress

  • Visit Summary

    • Provide non-medical summaries of each hospital visit, focusing on progress and general well-being. Detailed health information will not be included to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
